After graduating from the University of South Alabama in 1995, Mr. Steward initiated his distinguished career in M&A-focused industrial sales. During this foundational period, he developed a sharp acumen for the intricate layers of communication, operational alignment, and human capital within large-scale business environments. His daily routine involved troubleshooting across diverse tiers of personnel within complex manufacturing facilities, allowing him to quickly discern the underlying operational drivers, structural efficiencies, and unique enterprise value embedded within every level of an organization.

Following several strategic career evolutions, Mr. Steward spent multiple years in the wine and beverage industry as a District Manager.
