The aggregate portfolio represents 9.6 MW of nominal power and 25.0 MWh of storage capacity, strategically engineered to participate in wholesale energy arbitrage, capacity markets (MACSE), and ancillary grid services. All assets are fully permitted, grid-secured, and de-risked from real estate constraints.

All projects hold definitive authorization obtained via the simplified permitting procedure (PAS - Procedura Abilitativa Semplificata), including all associated administrative prescriptions.
Interconnection solution accepted at Medium Voltage (MT) with binding technical connection agreements (TICA accettata) formally in place.
The real estate plots are directly owned in fee simple by the project SPV(s), removing third-party lease risks, surface right expiries, or ongoing land rent charges.
Grid connection works can be executed directly by the project sponsor/buyer to ensure tight schedule supervision, direct supplier interfaces, and optimized energization timelines.
Preliminary engineering layouts, single-line diagrams, perimeter security setbacks, and dedicated secondary emergency access routes compliant with Fire Department (Vigili del Fuoco) requirements have been incorporated into the project designs.
100% equity transfer of the clean corporate vehicles (SPVs) holding all authorizations, grid rights, land titles, and engineering documentation.
Comprehensive Virtual Data Room (VDR) is established and accessible to qualified buyers upon execution of a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
The asset is offered without a fixed price expectation. Financial terms and pricing models are to be agreed upon through bilateral discussions and submitted via a non-binding indicative Term Sheet.
